This variation on an old favorite is welcome and delightful. I haven't made it yet....tomorrow for sure and I know it's going to be wonderful. Thank you for sharing.

  1. Drain Mandarin Orange segments.
  2. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve on Lettuce leaves.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
