It was delicious!! I added a little bit of honey and chopped almonds! This was my first time making Chicken Salad. I will for sure make it again!

Very tasty - the addition of the dill pickle is a nice touch! Since I was cooking for 2 people, I scaled the recipe in half with no problems. I poached a boneless, skinless chicken breast which I cut into cubes & used fresh garlic. I also increased the amount of mayo. Finally, I served on fresh crusty Italian bread as an open faced sandwich. Thanx Jacqueline!

VERY GOOD, VERY QUICK recipe for Chicken Salad. The dill pickles give it some "oomph" as my daddy says. The red wine vinegar added a great flavor to the chicken. Thanks Shellebelle...this one is a new favorite with me. I've made it 3 times and just now remembered to review it when I was having it for lunch!!!
