Very different chicken salad with the sugar but it adds the extra kick that others dont have! Dont add more than this on the sugar or you will be very disappointed

  1. Boil eggs and chicken.
  2. After they are finished tear the chicken into small shreds.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, relish, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
  4. After combining these together, cut the boiled eggs into small pieces. Use the white and yellow part of the egg.
  5. Serve on sandwiches.

All of the flavors blend very well in this recipe. I used leftover rotisserie chicken and homemade mayonnaise.
