This made a great lunch. I added carrots, cilantro and peanuts, and skipped the sugar in the dressing. I also subbed sesame oil for the oil and sesame seeds (just a drizzle). Served it with baked tortilla chips for a healthier crunch (sounds odd, but it worked well actually!). Thanks!
