Chicken Rice/Noodle Soup

- 6 celery hearts
- 32 ounces baby carrots
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 large onion
- 16 ounces long grain rice (or package of egg noodles)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- black pepper
directions
- place chicken in pot and fill with water until chicken is covered.
- add onion and seasonings and boil for 20 minutes.
- reduce heat to simmer and add celery and carrots and cover.
- cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- in final hour add rice or noodles.

What to say well I'm married to the love of my life we have a beautiful little boy who is our world and I get the privilege to stay home with.
