I found this on Momsbudget.com. I liked that it used cooked rice because I am always trying to think of things to do with leftover rice.
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 chicken thighs or 4 chicken breasts
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli
- Partially cook chicken. Combine all but broccoli in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Add broccoli for last hour of cooking.
