I made this tonight and it smelled great in the oven but upon taking it out we found the rice to be very dry and almost too salty. I will make this again for the ease but next time will add less of the onion soup mix and boullion and a little more water. Thanks!

  1. Use a 9 x 12 baking dish.
  2. In bottom of dish pour in the mushroom soup.
  3. Add rice.
  4. In boiling water dissolve bouillon cubes.
  5. Pour over rice. Blend to mix.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and pepper.
  7. Place raw chicken on top.
  8. Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken and rice.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
