Chicken Ramen Noodle Salad

Another quick cheap lunch or dinner from my college days.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (3 ounce) packagesof any flavor ramen noodles (keep seasoning for another recipe)
  • 12 ounces boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 12 cup crouton
  • 14 cup bacon bits (I like Hormel)
  • 12 cup caesar salad dressing


  1. Cook noodles according to package direction omiting adding the seasoning mix.
  2. Drain noodles.
  3. Add cooked chicken to noodles.
  4. Add croutons, bacon, and dressing.
  5. Mix and enjoy.
