One of my sister's comfort food. Incredibly quick and easy, simple taste.
- 10 1⁄2 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups canned chicken (drained)
- In saucepan, blend all ingredients until thickened and heated through.
- Serve over noodles.
- Optional: add sundried tomatoes or diced tomatoes and diced green onions. Sprinkle some cajun seasoning or pepper flakes to give it a boost!
