My DH picked this recipe out to make for me for dinner tonight. We both liked this recipe. A nice recipe to make on a busy night.
I thought this was excellent. The only thing I did different was add a little saly and pepper. I could have had more to eat, but I'm watching my waist line. It was good the next day also. Thanks for sharing.
I made this for dinner last night. I chose this recipe for 1-2-3 tag because I love to make Teriyaki Chicken and usually serve it with rice, and was intrigued to try it with potatoes. Of course I loved the Teriyaki Chicken and loved that you make it so quick for the potatoes by microwaving them first. I did make a few changes by grilling the chicken with the sauce on it and used regular vidalia onion instead of the green onion, as that is what I had in the pantry. This was very tasty, although I still like rice better, but I think the teriyaki sauce overwhelmed the potatoes, would decrease it next time. Thanks for posting a quick, tasty and easy meal.
This was good, although I added some veggies to it to bulk it up (sliced peppers, mushrooms and fresh broccoli). As I didn't have any store-bought teriyaki sauce, I made Teriyaki Sauce to go with this. Very easy dish to make. Thanks lucid!
Wow! It doesn't get much easier than this recipe. I don't eat meat, so I can only judge by my kids reactions. I made this for an early dinner. I left it on the stove top, went to pick up my baby from the babysitter, and when I returned, the teenagers had eaten most of it, and were heading out the door with the rest of it in a tupperware! I made them put some back so their brother would have something for dinner...lol. My only mistake on this recipe was that I probably over-cooked the potatoes. They kind of fell apart when I added them to the skillet, and got a little mushy. Obviously, it didn't bother anyone too much.
