  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Steam celery and carrots and put aside.
  3. Cook onion in butter and oil.
  4. Add vegetables and chicken and broth (with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken).
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Pour preparation in pie crust.
  7. Cover pie with a crust.
  8. Cook around 25 minutes.
