      Really simple and delicious! I use veg stock instead (because I'm a student and that's all I had!) and it turned out brilliantly! Def a meal I will have more often! Potatoes are an excellent touch to the meal!

      Absolutely delicious! Instead of diced tomatoes and paste, I used some canned tomato sauce flavored with fresh garlic, parsley and basil. No leftovers here!

      We enjoyed this recipe...even the kids liked it. After cooking the chicken and veggies, I deglazed the pan with a little red wine, but other than that, I made it as directed. Thanks for posting.
