- 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning
directions
- .Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound between 2 pieces of plastic wrap until 1/2 inch thick.
- Sprinkle chicken with Mrs dash. and coat with flour.
- In a large skillet brown chicken in Tbsp of butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes and remove from skillet.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet and cook the mushrooms and garlic until tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan and add chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally til sauce slightly thickens.
- Top with parsley.
