Easy and delicious. Will double the sauce the next time and make sure that the chicken breasts are thinner. I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and thickened the sauce at the end with a little additional flour. Garnish with thin lemon slices. Thanks for posting.
very good. I did not know but I do like capers. They have kind of a tangy taste though not as sour as pickles. I think my sauce reduced further than 1/3 but It was very good. It seems to reduce quickly.
This is so good. I made this with brown rice and a veggie. We really liked this alot. I plan on making this often, the capers make this dish pop. The chicken is so tender and flavorful. Thank you for sharing.
This is terrific! I added the capers to the sauce while cooking because I love the flavor, otherwise followed directions. I thought the lemon amount wouldn't be enough but it is! It's just right all around. I'll make this again! I wanted to lick the skillet!
Delicious. I doubled the sauce and used the juice of one whole lemon and added the capers to the sauce just before serving. Wonderful recipe. Thanks for sharing.
tossed the capers into the sauce at the end for an extra flavor infusion ... and i just want to eat the whole lot of it because it's so tasty. must save some for lunch tomorrow ... must save ... i'm almost convinced :-) thank you for the awesome dish!
Delicious. Perfect recipe. Thanks!
Made this exactly as written for our Christmas Eve dinner and it was wonderful!! Served with rice pilaf and spinach quickly wilted in the same pan with a bit of garlic and lemon. Lovely dinner!
My boyfriend cooked this for me (after a few tries), and it was beautiful! Very clean, simply and tasty (and healthy!). We left out the capers since neither of us are fans.
