Chicken Philly Sandwich

"This was a creation of my oldest daughter. Shes not a big fan of beef but loves chicken. My husband however loves Philly Steak and Cheese Sandwiches so here is the compromise we came up with to make mouths and tummys happy! lol I hope you enjoy them as much as we do! We have used roasted chicken from the grocery store but usually we bake 4-5 chicken breast that have been seasoned with garlic & onion powder as well some salt and pepper at 350 for 20 min before doing the following recipe. You could also use any leftover chicken you may have on hand. *** Note*** I rarely measure while cooking so these are approximate guesses lol. It really is something you can tailor to your tastes. You could add fresh sliced Mushrooms and use Swiss cheese if you prefer. My husband loves them with Famous Daves Georgia Mustard or Koops Southwest Mustard. Experiment and have fun! Happy Cooking!"
