  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add chicken, onions, and garlic. Salt & pepper chicken to taste and cook until chicken is browned. Add frozen bell peppers, turn heat to low, and let simmer until chicken is finished cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to pakg directions. Drain and toss into the chicken mixture. Add basil and toss again. Serve with a sprinkling of romano cheese on top.
