Chicken Patties With Hot and Sour Sauce

Serve with Hot and Sour Sauce as a dipping sauce.


  1. Combine the chicken mince, curry paste, lime leaf, egg and fish sauce and form into small patties about 5cm wide and 1cm thick.
  2. Barbecue the patties on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
