One of my family's absolute favorites. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Everyone who has tried them loves them! I don't have the exact measurements of anything except the chicken, but it's pretty basic.
- Mix the chicken, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs until the chicken holds into a patty form.
- Coat the chicken in more breadcrumbs and let sit to"dry" a little.
- Heat oil in pan and fry until done.
- Serve on buns.
These were excellent!!! I used onion crackers (crushed) in place of the breadcrumbs in the mix as well as Caverder,s spice and season salt. I did coat the patties in breadcrumbs. They were so easy to make up and had a great flavor. Loved them..... thank-you
