This is simple but lovely. I serve it in a ramekin with onion crackers on the side.
- 1 chicken breast, baked, skin on
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip (to taste)
- salt and pepper
- Discard chicken skin and bones.
- Place all ingredients in processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add more miracle whip if the consistency isn't right.
- Allow flavors to meld for an hour or so.
- Serve as you would a pate.
