This was ok, but the basil was too strong for my taste. If I make it again, I will cut the basil down. Went together pretty fast, though.

This is a very good recipe. Had it last night and it was a big hit. Nice flavor, but I added onion and used fresh minced garlic. A really nice change for chicken.

This was really tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. I cut this down to serve 2-3 using a large can of soup but didn't add any extra water. I used fresh veggies that I had in the frisge, a combo of mushrooms, carrots, zucchini and also some onion. A really tasty & simple meal that I will be making again. Thanks!

This is a nice recipe. The only thing I did different, was to change the vegetable mixture and cut it in half. There's only the two of us. This is a quick and tasty meal. I used leftover rotiserie chicken. Thanks Sweety for another terrific meal.

This dish comes together lightning fast! The seasonings are just right, you don't even realize it is low fat. I'm thinking this to be very versatile as well. I was thinking corkscrew noodles and switching the veggies around to whatever you have on hand as the previous reviewer mentioned. We all enjoyed this! Thanks for posting. Nick's Mom

Made this last night and it was delicious. I needed a recipe to use ingredients I had on hand and this was just what I was looking for. The only frozen vegetables I had were a half bag of brocolli, cauliflower, & carrots, so I added about 1/2 cup each of chopped onion and chopped red bell pepper (cut in chunks). It was fast and easy to prepare and had a wonderful flavor. I served it with garlic bread. My DH liked it too. Definately a keeper. Thanks SweetySJD!
