Cook 15 mins
A very simple but tasty meal.
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups fresh, diced vegetables
- 4 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
- 6 ounces diced chicken
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
- In large skillet/wok/pan cook and stir veggies in oil for@ 5 minutes or until tender crisp.
- Add chicken and linguine.
- Cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in cheese.
