Chicken Parmigiana

  1. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley; mix well.
  2. Dip chicken in beaten egg; coat with bread crumb mixture.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. In an 8-inch square baking dish, place chicken halves; bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
  5. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce.
  6. Sprinkle chicken with mozzarella cheese; cover dish to melt cheese.
  7. Serve sauce with chicken.
