Very good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I doubled the recipe. We all enjoyed this and there wasn't any left.
Very easy and I also like the "no breading", but Chicken Parmesan should have some parmesan :) I added some after dishing it up. The seasonings were perfect, though. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
This was absolutely fabulous!!! Kudos on not having breadcrumbs in the recipe- This just didn't need them. Seasonings were very nice too, very flavorful. Very easy to make as well, and we served this with Baked Eggplant With Mushroom-And-Tomato Sauce. Thanks for sharing! ~Sue
Wow! We all loved it. So much easier than pounding, dipping, breading the chicken and the flavor was great. I made one tiny change...instead of using shredded mozzarella I bought a fresh mozzarella ball which I sliced and layered on the chicken.Served it with Creamy Fettuccine. Thanks!
