I used the directions in this recipe to find how to cook it. I wasn't sure how to make the breading so this helped. I will say I live alone so instead of using an egg I used olive oil and it worked as a great substitute so I could make only one of my chicken breasts up. I also used pork shake and bake as my bread crumbs, and krafts classic Italian seasoned grated parmesan cheese. Sooo goood!
My kids & husband LOVED it!!! I burnt the chicken though. I'm a beginner at cooking. I placed the breaded chicken into the hot butter skillet & it was all burnt within 2-3 mins. I had to lower the temperature to medium & cook it with the cover in order to cook the kitchen. Otherwise, it was delicious!
Loved it! So did the husband :D thanks for this awesome easy to make really good recipe!
Excellent, easy and very tasty! My picky 18 yo son loved it....thank you for a very user friendly recipe that I always have the ingredients in the house. I highly recommend this recipe!
Loved this version cooked in the skillet. I will always prepare my chicken parm this way. Must try, it's a definite A+.
one of our favorites...and so easy!!
Great recipe. Made it several times,,, always good!
I can't believe I haven't rated this one yet. It was simple, quick and tasty. The chicken was so moist. Thanks so much for posting.
I would rate this chicken Parmesan as a 5 star. Very easy and delicious!
My 14 year old daughter made this tonight, and I, a 3 year vegetarian, decided it was too good to pass up. It was absolutely wonderful! She followed the recipe very closely, but browned the chicken and then assembled and finished it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It is such a simple recipe that we would recommend using high quality ingredients -pasta sauce, noodles, fresh mozzarella, etc. for the very best flavors. It is going on our family rotation (although I'm going back to my non-meat eating ways.)
