Even thought this has been reviewed so many times, I had to add my Cheers! I saw it a long time ago and didn't try it because the one I usually make is so similar. This one wins hands down. It's better and quicker! Putting the tomato sauce in the pan sort of 'deglazes' the pan, adding even more flavor, and with my oven proof skillet I can still pop it under the broiler to get the top bubbly and brown like I like it. I made this for my mother inlaw and father in law and husband and normally they talk during a meal and guess what they didnt. They ate and ate at the end it was mmmm hmmm good thank you. This will be on my new cook book for the family.

Made this last night and was so happy I did! I've never made or even eaten Chicken Parm, so wasn't sure how it would taste. But it was delicious. Instead of Italian breadcrumbs, I used a mix of Panko and freshly grated Parm with some Italian seasoning. Also I dredged the cutlets in flour before dipping in egg. Then once the chicken was browned on both sides, I put them on a foil lined sheet, spooned on jarred spaghetti sauce, a couple nice big basil leaves, the sliced fresh mozzarella, and then more freshly grated parm. Then I put them under the broiler til the cheeses got super melty and gooey. OMG, soooooo good! I'll make this again and again.

I made this last night for my family. I served it with garlic cheese bread. I had a salad prepped but forgot to include it with our meal. In any case, the chicken parmesan was DELICIOUS! I couldn't believe how simple and quick it was to prepare. The only thing I did differently was use 2 eggs and more bread crumbs. After I covered it, I placed it in the oven on warm while I cooked the pasta. Everyone loved this dish. We didn't have any leftovers! Thanks for a great recipe!
Oh my goodness; this is AMAZING! Without doubt the best Chicken Parmesan I've ever had. So quick and easy to make, I served this on a bed of spaghetti and we all loved it!
