• 59.14 ml onion, chopped
• 118.29 ml calvados
• 236.59 ml apple cider
• 354.88 ml red apples, thinly sliced
• 236.59 ml heavy cream
• 14.79 ml fresh thyme, chopped
• salt and pepper, to taste
• cajun seasoning, to taste

directions

1. Render bacon cook chicken, finish in oven.
