Another recipe for the college student.
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- In a large skillet cook chicken in oil.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Add noodles to skillet and stir in soup, milk, and cheese.
- Heat through and serve.
