- 8 cups water
- 8 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 1⁄2 cups wide egg noodles
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
directions
- Boil water with cubes - add noodles. Cook uncovered until tender ---DO NOT DRAIN. Add soup and chicken. Stir until fully heated. Stir in sour cream.

I made this last night for dinner and it was soooo good. I like more veggies in my soup so first I sauteed half an onion, some carrots and celery in a little olive oil in the bottom of my soup pot, then browned the chicken and added the broth to cook the noodles and chicken together. The canned soup and sour cream made for a rich flavorful broth with an unexpected and wholly awesome tang. <br/><br/>Everyone in my house loved it.
