I just wanted to add a rating. Again, great soup.
This was a very tasty chicken noodle soup that was quick and easy! It had great flavor and was very satisfying for my sick hubby. I did add just a bit more liquid and simmered longer to enhance the flavor. Also I poached the raw chicken in the simmering liquid with the veggies, instead of cooking the chicken separately, adding additional flavor to the broth. Overall, I will definitely make this again when needing a quick, flavorful chicken noodle soup. Thanks for the recipe!
Great soup! I also like to add in some green peas as well and as for the chicken, I cook whole chicken breasts in a separate pan till they are sealed and then add it into the soup as it boils. Later on, I remove the whole chicken breast and shred it up with a fork and add it back in into the soup.
i absolutely love this recipe. i make this soup for my husband when he is sick and he does not normally like soup! this recipe is an absolute must!!!
The best easiest recipe I have found so far. My son is very picky 12 year old but when I went back for seconds there were none. No more hot grocery store high priced small cup of Chicken soup.
I absolutely love this recipe. I made some adjustments only because of allergies and what my family likes but this is a great basic recipe and easy to make. My family loves it and we've made it quite a few times!!
I left out the potato added some fresh garlic and added spinach. I used broken fettuccine noodles.
Made this recipe today and it was delish. It had good seasoning and was really easy.
What a big hit this chicken noodle soup was for my family. And so easy to make.
I have not cooked this up yet, but when I do I will be using a pre-cooked Italian rotisserie chicken from the store. Very flavorful
