Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. Mushroom chicken with Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms
- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 chicken breasts halved-place down the middle of a baking dish 9 x13.
- 2 cups halved mushrooms placed on top of the chicken.
- Place the Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges down the side of the baking dish.
- mix 2 cups chicken broth and one can cream of chicken soup pour over the top cover with foil bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
