Chicken Mozzarella Bake

"I think the wine adds extra flavour, but will work just fine with chicken broth in place of the wine. This dish is quick and easy to make"

  1. I was so impressed with the flavor of this dish. I used the marsala wine and I think that made it what it was. I also cut down on the amount of butter but I dont think it affected it at all. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!
