  1. Totally satisfied my craving for a chicken burrito! I made it healthier by using fat free ranch, mixed a little salsa in with it, added a little lettuce & used less cheese. Yummy, fast & easy-thank u for sharing!

  2. A great combo of spicy and cool. Yum! Thanks, Barb!!

  3. How could anything Barb Gertz made, not be a Hit!I love pepper-jack cheese, with the taco seasoning, and ranch dressing-just a superb Burrito. Thanks Barb for another great recipe.

  4. This was so easy to make and really good! Definitely a "keeper". I did add guacamole to mine though since my family likes it with anything Mexican.

  5. This was awesome! I'm with Bekah, the ranch is a great compliment to the spiciness. We used Pace picante sauce instead of tomatoes and onions, but I don't think it detracted from the flavor at all. This is my new favorite meal - it is so quick and easy to prepare and tastes divine! Thanks Barb for a wonderful recipe that we will make again and again!
