Taste-wise, this is a really wonderful recipe which I'd rate five stars. Unfortunately there is no amount for the tomatillos, and the author of the recipe didn't respond to my request how much tomatillo was supposed to be used. As I've never used tomatillos before, I was careful and only used two. It did taste excellent but I'm not sure if I met the flavour that was intended. Anyway I'll make it again - thanks for posting!<br/>Made for Bargain Basement.

Retired world traveler. I have collected recipes from many of the places I have been. Not the recipes from the local 5 star restaraunts but the cuisine that the REAL people eat! Lots of interesting stuff out there people eat!
Love to try out those recipes I have collected now that I have the time. Only problem is finding the original ingredients.
