This has a nice mix of flavors, and the stars are definitley the olives and the feta cheese. Yum! I think this would work with ground chicken or turkey sauteed with the garlic if someone didn't marinate chicken ahead of time. I'm trying it that way next time. Thanks for posting. 5 stars all the way! I prepped the chicken this morning before I left for work, so everything came together really quickly for dinner tonight. We had some leftover gluten free pasta from a few nights ago so that sped up the process even more. I used 3 small chicken breasts, 6 cloves of garlic, and a little more than a 1/4 cup of olives.
