ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce
directions
- Mix chicken, bread crumbs, eggs and cheese in a mixing bowl. Use a small scoop to portion out meatballs.
- Add oil to large skillet, over medium high heat. Add meatballs. Cook meatballs for a few minutes until browned.
- Add Marinara sauce and lower to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes.
