Baked meatballs with Parmesan cheese. Great with pasta and sauce or as an appetizer
- 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄3 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Beat egg.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- roll into balls 3/4 inch in diameter.
- Bake for 20 minutes and turn.
- Bake five minutes more and remove from oven.
