Made this for My 3 Chefs tag game 2013. I did used fresh garlic about 1 1/2 cloves minced and cut the eggs to one. Other than that I followed the instructions and we ate them with a green salad with dressing recipe#418660#418660, and garlic/herb spaghetti. Thank you for posting.

  1. combine dry ingredients.
  2. add eggs and ketchup, stir to combine.
  3. add chicken and mix with hands.
  4. heat oil in a large skillet and form chicken into balls.
  5. brown on all sides, turning gently with a fork
  6. add your favorite sauce and simmer 15-30 minutes
  7. serve on buns or over pasta.
