One night when I ran out of Tuna for a casserole, I substituted Chicken and mixed some things around and here is my creation...
- 1 1⁄2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup peas, cooked & drained
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Mix all ingredients together and cook in covered 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350* for 1 hour.
