One night when I ran out of Tuna for a casserole, I substituted Chicken and mixed some things around and here is my creation...

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 12 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup peas, cooked & drained
  • 12 cup onion, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and cook in covered 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350* for 1 hour.
