This is a great unique twist on pizza! The flavors were very good. I halved it, since there were only two of us, and used an 8" crust. I omitted the optional salt and used a little less cheese (personal preference). We'll be having this again... thank you for sharing!

  1. Set oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the prepared pizza on a pizza pan.
  3. Brush the crust with oil, then sprinkle lightly with kosher salt (if using).
  4. Prick holes in the crust with a fork to prevent riing while baking.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes (if the crust rises while baking just push down withm a fork).
  6. In a large bowl mix all ingredients (use only 1 cup cheese).
  7. Spread the mixture onto the pre-baked crust.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup (or more) shredded mozzeralla cheese.
  9. Bake for about 15-17 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  10. Delicious!
