Chicken Marsala or Chicken Burgundy

This is yummy and once I didn't have Marsala wine, so I subbed Burgundy and it turned out to ber very good.

Directions

  1. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture.
  3. Shake well to remove excess flour.
  4. Melt 3 T butter in heavy skillet.
  5. Cook chicken over medium heat until almost done. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  6. Melt remaining butter. Saute muchrooms and green onions over medium heat until mushrooms are almost done.
  7. Add Chicken to the mushrooms and green onions. Add wine and cover.
  8. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
