Very tasty, easy to make. I sauted the breast in EV Olive Oil instead of butter. I threw in a handful of fresh broccoli about halfway into the cooking time. That was my only adaptation. I served it over noodles.

  1. Saute cutlets in butter or oil until browned and cooked through.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add butter to pan and add mushrooms.
  4. Saute until slightly browned.
  5. Add chicken broth and wine.
  6. In a separate cup, mix water and cornstarch; add to pan.
  7. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
  8. Pour over chicken.
  9. Serve with rice or noodles.
