I made this tonight. It was excellent! The only thing I didn't use was the wine (didn't have any).
We cooked on the grill and I can't wait to make it again! Thanks for sharing.
OMGosh!!!!!! I will be using this from now on,Thats a promise. Thank You JenJill :)
I made this on 7/17/08 to use with a couple of boneless skinless chicken breasts. The chicken was marinated for 6 hours to let the flavors meld.Since we don't have a grill, I put them under the broiler for about 6 to 8 minutes minutes on each side. And all I can tell you is, they came out so juicy and tender. My SO doen't like chicken breast meat, but he said these were really good. this will be made again. Thank you for posting and, "Keep Smiling :)"
This is a MUST TRY AT LEAST ONCE recipe for those who don't even grill! I do tweak my recipe a bit though in omitting the white wine (sodium content) and use lime juice instead of lemon, onion powder instead of salt (again sodium - soy sauce adds enough) and do leave in fridge over night to marinade. Thanks for posting! This is such an easy and soooo delish that I too won't grill chicken any other way either!
moist chicken from the grill. I just thought it was missing some taste, maybe more lemon
This was a great marinade, just the right combo of flavors. I thawed my chicken breasts in the microwave, and then put them stil slightly frozen (my microwave never fully thaws anything) into the zip bag with the marinade and let it finish thawing in the fridge, then grilled. So juicy and yummy, thanks for sharing!
Easy, yummy and easy clean up. Thanks!
Very easy and the grilled chicken was delicious. Prepared this a couple of times this summer, making extra to have for sandwiches and salads. Thanks.
I liked this marinade, and I had all the ingredients on hand which was what I was searching for. Thanks
