Great summer salad! Easiest I've seen.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium mango, peeled, sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 23 cup reduced-fat light raspberry vinaigrette dressing (Kraft Light Done Right!)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, strips (about 10 oz)

Directions

  1. TOSS spinach with mango, avocado and onion in large bowl.
  2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
  3. SPOON onto 5 plates. Top with chicken. Serve immediately.
