A quick and easy recipe found in a magazine ad for Edgell chickpeas - eaten and enjoyed by all members of my picky family.

Incredible! It was "curl my toes" incredible. I made very minor changes. I used green onions instead of regular onions and I doubled the mango chutney. I didn't find them mushy even after doubling the mango chutney. For sure I'll be making this recipe again and again and again.

  1. Chop chickpeas in food processor.
  2. Add chicken , chutney ,chopped onion and curry powder.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Cook 4 - 5 minutes each side on oiled bbq plate or in frypan.
  5. serve with more chutney or chilli sauce or sour cream.
