  1. Sprinkle chicken livers with sage,salt and pepper,set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium hight heat until hot.
  3. Add prosciutto and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chicken livers,cook 5-6 minutes,stirring constantly.
  5. Add wine.
  6. Bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
