Chicken Liver and Onions

David...made this tonight, kids were gone and DH and I just cooked for us tonight. Didn't have any angora bitters but the gravy was great without! Thanks.


  1. Clean liver.
  2. Sauté onions in 2 tablespoons oil.
  3. Add bullion cubes and pepper, garlic and liver.
  4. Cook low covered for 20 minutes.
  5. For gravy, use starch and water with pan drippings.
  6. Add angora bitters to gravy.
