Very good. Used about a cup of cream because we like more sauce. Also cubed the chicken. Perfect for serving over pasta, but we used mashed potatoes. Yum!

Outstanding and very easy!! I've made this twice now. The first time I made exactly as shown. The second time I used chicken tenders.... will be making it with chicken tenders from now on!! My extra picky eater ate it and asked for more!!! The sauce is just right not too spicy. Thank you for a recipe that has been added to my "tried and true"

This was so easy, and tasty great! I doubled the sauce, after reading the reviews and it was just enough for us. It was simple, maybe to simple! I was a bit confessed and wondered if anyone else was when it indicated to stir the cream and I had 4 large chicken breast in the pan. Did I miss something! Was I suppose to take out the chicken at some point(hum). I read the directions over a couple of times to see if I was not reading it right, but it didn't say to, so I just stirred around the chicken and it worked.

This was really yummy, quick, easy, and cheap! The family loved it, but I ended up quadrupling the sauce so there would be enough for the 7 of us. We will make this again for sure! Thanks for posting!

What stopped me from making this recipe was that I never seem to have heavy cream at the right time. Today I did, and had the chance to finally make this chicken. Well, my kids loved this dish very, very much. Did no change whatsoever to the recipe. Perfect. Thank you so much for sharing.

Adding my five stars to the many already awarded. The chicken breasts I bought must be extra large because it took a total of 18 minutes to cook through, I needed a bit more of the seasonings and twice the sauce was barely enough. If using sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon is more than enough. Dehydrated onion bits work well in place of the onion powder. This chicken had an excellent flavor and was moist & tender. I cannot wait to make it for a family gathering with a pinch of cayenne using boneless, skinless chicken thighs! Thanks for sharing!

Oh my goodness! THis chicken was sooo good!! My friend has been making it for months and told me to make it but I just never did. Well, I did last night and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be making this repeatedly. It smelled so good while I was cooking it!! You have to make this chicken!!!

best chicken in a long time! I did use Fat free half/half and had to thicken with flour and the next time with low fat milk no matter what I used it always comes out fantastic!

If I could give this more stars I would. This was soooo good! I doubled the sauce (as others have recommended) but added a little less butter. I will definitely be making this again but try a lower fat version(maybe fat free Half n Half and half the butter) and see what the difference is. Thanks for a great recipe!

Tried this tonight, the smell alone was enough to lure the teenager out of his cave and away from the Xbox. The whole family gave rave reviews of this, there were no left overs. This was soooo simple and quick, definitely great for mom's on the go, but can definitely pass for a dish you spent ages on. Can't say enough good things about it. Served with white rice and broccoli. Made extra sauce also, I highly suggest this if having with plain rice or pasta. Thanks for a great recipe, Luby.

Delicious. Simple. Fast. What more can you want?! I made extra sauce and served the chicken with brown rice and steamed cale. I think I might make a big bacth of the mixed spices and keep it in a spice jar so I always have this on hand!

Love it! I made extra sauce and served this over noodles. Everyone loved it, and besides the heavy cream, I had all the ingredients on hand. Horray!!

Very Tasty, be careful that your saute pan is not too hot--I also added a drop of olive oil to the butter; prevent over browning. You will surely need extra sauce, next time I will use additional spices and more cream. This is something that is an every day dinner or perfect for dinner guest. I served it with brown rice (vegs added at end) and oven roasted beets. Bill K. #1440799

Oh my gosh, this is incredible, and so decadent! I made the recipe as stated, but based on previous review I doubled the sauce. Fabulous, and great for a low carb option! Thanks!!
