- 6 dried lasagna noodles
- 283.49 g package chopped spinach, thawed
- 473.18 ml cooked chicken
- 473.18 ml shredded cheddar cheese (8oz)
- 78.78 ml finely chopped onion
- 1.23 ml ground nutmeg
- 14.79 ml cornstarch
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 304.75 g can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 226.79 g carton sour cream
- 127.57 g jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 78.78 ml mayonnaise
- 236.59 ml freshly grated parmesan cheese (4oz)
directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels.
- Combine spinach, chopped chicken, and next 11 ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
- Arrange 3 noodles in a greased 11 X 7 inch baking dish.
- Spread half of chicken mixture over noodles.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
