A simple, rich tasting soup. Add more water if it is too thick.
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 medium onion, cut in 1/8 's
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional)
- 4 potatoes, cut up
- 6 small carrots, cut up
- 2 -3 cups cut up cooked chicken
- In large saucepan combine all ingredients.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
